Welcome to Woodlands Soft Furnishings, a family run company located on the edge of the beautiful New Forest. We work within Hampshire to provide hand made quality home furnishings that help to transform and enhance your home.
We make bespoke hand sewn Curtains, Roman Blinds, Cushions, Pelmets & Lamp shades. We offer a personal service, which starts with a home visit, where we will bring fabric samples so we can discuss your requirements and take necessary measurements. Our expert knowledge of furnishings will guide you until you are totally happy with everything including the costs. Your tailor-made items will be created in our new cabin workshop, delivered and installed to help transform your home.
All items are hand-stitched in your chosen fabric to your exact specifications
What We Do
Curtains
Our tailor-made curtains are personally hand sewn and come in a wide range of fabrics. Fabric samples can be provided to aid the selection. The curtains can also be interlined which helps them hang beautifully and can warm up any room. You can also choose from a selection of headings, such as double or triple pleat, tabtop or eyelet, for your curtains that we can discuss on our home visit.
Cushions/Lampshades/Pelmets
Why not transform your whole room with our hand made cushions to match your curtains or blinds. Creating an elegant ambience to your new stylish room. Our cushions are all hand made and come in any size, colour or fabric of your choice. Or for the ultimate finish touch a matching Lampshade or contrasting Pelmet. Let us help you to complete the whole look.
Fabrics
We are able to help you choose the correct fabric for all your needs. We have many sample books that we can bring to you to help aid your choices. However with access to suppliers like Chatsworth, Clarke & Clarke and James Hare we have access to millions of fabrics!
Roman Blinds
All our Roman Blinds are hand sewn and are triple layer with face fabric of your choice, a bonded interlining and lined with the best quality lining. Patterns are expertly positioned and matched to create seamless finishes that enhance any room.
Poles & Fitting
We recommend for the best effect that our bespoke curtains are hung on a well fitted pole or tracks. We can supply a good range these for you and can also recommend independent fitters who we work closely with and share our ethics of high quality and attention to detail.
